ATTENTIE: Als de pomp tijdelijk wordt
gebruikt met verontreinigde stoffen of gech-
loreerd water, laat dan de pomp direct na
gebruik voor korte periode met schoon water
doorlopen om elke vervuiling te verwijderen.
Als de pomp voor een lange tijd niet gebruikt is en
niet start of water geeft (en de elektrische aanslui-
tingen zijn in orde), moet de pomp uit het water
gehaald worden en gecontroleerd worden op ver-
stoppingen.
Schakel de elektriciteitstoevoer naar de
pomp af alvorens enige servicehande-
lingen te verrichten en verzeker u ervan
dat niet tussentijds de elektriciteit naar
de pomp kan worden ingeschakeld.
6. Demontage
6.1. Het controleren van de draairichting
van de as
Bestudeer hiervoor de maatschets op pagina 39.
erwijder de schroeven (15.70), Verwijder de
zuigkorf 15.50 met een sleutel op de moer (28.04)
draai met de as tegen de klok in.
Als de as geblokkeerd wordt en deze niet gedraaid
kan worden, moet men doorgaan met de demontage
totdat de oorzaak gevonden en opgelost is.
6.2. Inspectie van de hydraulische
onderdelen
Remove following this sequence: the screws
(25.28), the washers (25.26) the screws (25.32)
and the safety circlip (25.30). Extract the preload
support ring (25.24) and, if present, the spacer
(25.23). Remove the preload ring stages (25.20)
and his o-ring (25.22) using a bearings extractor
and a steel rod (fig. n°1) or, with the electropump in
vertical position, moving it up and down (fig. n°2).
It is now possible to remove all the hydraulic parts
up to the motor and it is possible to extract the
motor from the suction side. In case of pump with
float switch it is possible to pull out the motor up to
float switch arrives to the delivery casing (12.01), if
necessary to extract the motor remove, the delivery
casing (12.01) the jacket cover (76.62) and the
electrical connections as described in fig. n°7 and
then follow the sequence above.
Andere onderdelen dienen niet gedemonteerd te worden.
Pomp en motorfuncties kunnen beinvloed wor-
den door onyuiste demontage.
6.3. Oliekamer
Als de oliekamer geïnspecteerd moet worden, volg
dan de volgende instructies op.
LET OP: er kan een lichte druk in de
oliekamer optreden.
Voorzichtigheid is geboden om een plotse-
linge olieleegloop te vermijden.
Wacht totdat de oliekamerdeksel (34.03) afgekoeld is.
Remove the plugs (34.08) and the o-rings (34.09),
remove the oil inside the oil chamber and extract
the rotating part of mechanical seal, remove the
oil chamber cover (34.03).

Als men de kamer vult, voegt men nieuw olie toe
tot aan 5 mm van de bovenkant (inhoud = 0.095
liter).
Gebruik alleen witte olie geschikt voor de voe-
dingsmiddelen- en pharmaceutische industrie.
Installeer het roterende deel van de seal (36.00)
in de oliekamer (34.00) en daarna de oliekamer-
deksel (34.03) op de motordeksel (70.00) met de
O-ring (70.09).
6.4. Inspection of capacitor and elec-
trical connections chamber
Remove the screws (14.20) and remove the deli-
very casing (12.01) pressing with a tool on the
provided notch (see fig. n°7), in case of pump with
float switch before remove the delivery casing
(12.01) it is necessary to remove the screw
(96.09). Remove the screws (82.11) and the o-
rings (82.12), extract the jacket cover (76.62) with
cables.
6.5. Pump re-assembly (recommen-
ded only for experts)
If the electropump is completely dismantled follow
these instructions: assembly the motor jacket with
winding (76.01) with all motor components,
mechanical seals and hydraulic parts as in fig.
n°3. Install an eyebolt M8 at the end of the shaft,
use this eyebolt to lift the motor and hydraulic part
and insert it in the external jacket (14.02). Check
the position of the reference notch and the refe-
rence height (fig. n°5), complete the re-assembly
following the sequence on fig. n°6. Rotate the
pump and make the electrical connections, close
the jacket cover with the screws (82.11) and the
o-rings (82.12) as show in fig. n°7. To check the
seal of the motor, install on the threaded hole M5
of the jacket cover (76.62) a pressurized air sup-
ply (maximum pressure 2 atm) and immerse the
pump in a water tank. If no leakage are visible,
pull out the pump from the tank, remove the pres-
surized air supply and close the hole with the pro-
per screw (82.02) and o-ring (82.03), as show in
fig.n°8.
7. Onderdelen
Bij bestelling van onderdelen, vermeld dan het posi-
tienummer van de doorsnedetekening de benaming
van het onderdeel en de gegevens van het type-
plaatje van de pomp (type, data en serienummer).
Ledere pomp voor inspectie/reparatie moet compleet
met kabel worden geretourneerd.
Wijzigingen voorbehouden.
