Solutions
Remove devices from the charging re-
cess and switch off the hearing ampli-
fiers. Insert the hearing amplifiers again
as described in section 6 "Initial use". If
this does not fix the problem, contact
Customer Services.
Position your hearing amplifiers in the
charging recess so that the earplug is
in the intended opening. Then connect
the storage box to the power. All LEDs
should now light up orange.
