Cause/Remedy
– Control voltage (<= 1V – 10V)
not connected
– Switch supply voltage OFF/ON
– Minimum brightness still too
high; reset
– Control voltage (<= 1V – 10V)
short-circuited
– Switch supply voltage OFF/ON
– Minimum brightness still too
low; reset
– Replace upstream fuse
– Replace defective fluorescent
lamp
– Replace EG
– Replace defective controller
