Mounting and removing brake clamps

Ensure proper attachment to prevent damage to the
valve seat and steering wheel. Place a cloth under-
neath if necessary.

After run-out compensation, fit the brake clamp for
further measurements.

Mounting and removing the steering
wheel arrester
The steering wheel arrester fixes the steering wheel in
position when performing adjustment work and blocks
the wheels.
1. Place the steering wheel arrester on the valve seat
and press the plate into the valve seat.
2. Slide the arms upwards
against the steering wheel.
3. Release the plate so that pressure is exerted on the
steering wheel by way of the seat cushion.

Ensure proper attachment to prevent damage to the
valve seat and steering wheel. Place a cloth under-
neath if necessary.

Remove in reverse order.
