7.8 OVEN CLEANING (STP)
Before cleaning it is recommended to remove both
the baking pan and the grill. For an accurate clean-
ing, it is possible to remove also the lateral grills.
7.9 CHIMNEY CLEANING
The cleaning of the chimney must be done by ex-
perienced technicians at least every six months of
normal use of the thermal cooker. Anyway, clean-
ing must be done every time it becomes necessary
according to the use or to the combustible used.
We recommend to follow strictly all the local laws
dealing about chimney cleaning. All the parts of
WARNING! If the chimney cleaning is not made as recommended, fire in the flue could
happen.
7.10 CLEANING OF THE GLASSES
The glasses of oven and fire doors may be washed
with normal products in commerce. The internal
part of the fire door has been made to clean it-
self during the use of the thermal cooker. Anyway,
WARNING! Do not clean the door before waiting for his cooling. Sudden changes in
temperature may cause the breaking of the glass.

and cleaning the upper part of the oven and the
fume-circuits. After the cleaning of the chimney,
