power switch has been turned OFF.

1. Operation of the cloth cutting knife
(DLM-5200N)
1) To actuate the cloth cutting knife, press down knife setting plate 1 .
The cloth cutting knife will be lowered, and will then be actuated
while the machine is being-driven.
2) To stop the cloth cutting knife and reset the machine to the normal
lockstitching mode, pull knob 2 in the direction of the arrow.
3) Before installing/removing the cloth cutting knife, be sure to stop
the machine fi rst.
1. Operación da la cuchilla cortatelas
(DLM-5200N)
1) Para activar la cuchilla cortatelas, presione hacia abajo la placa de
ajuste 1 .
La cuchilla cortatelas descenderá y luego se acciona mientras que
la máquina está funcionando.
2) Para detener la cuchilla cortatelas y reposicionar la máquina a su
modalidad de cosido normal tire de la perilla 2 en la dirección de
la fl echa.
3) Antes de instalar/desmontar la cuchilla cortatelas, asegúrese de
parar la máquina previamente.

1. Betätigung des Stoffschneidemessers
(DLM-5200N)
1) Zum Betätigen des Stoffschneidemessers die Messerhalteplatte 1
nach unten drücken.
Das Stoffschneidemesser wird abgesenkt und dann betätigt, wäh-
rend die Maschine angetrieben wird.
2) Um das Stoffschneidemesser zu stoppen und die Maschine auf
normalen Steppstichbetrieb zurückzustellen, Knopf 2 in Pfeilrich-
tung ziehen.
3) Vor Anbringen/Entfernen des Stoffschneidemessers unbedingt die
Maschine zuerst stoppen.

(DLM-5200N)
1) Pour actionner le couteau raseur, abaisser la plaque de fi xation de
couteau 1 .
Le couteau raseur s'abaissera et sera actionné lorsque la machine
sera entraînée.
2) Pour arrêter le couteau raseur et remettre la machine sur le mode
de point noué normal, tirer le bouton 2 dans la direction de la
fl èche.
3) Avant de poser/retirer le couteau raseur, arrêter la machine.
1. Funzionamento dei coltello tagliastoffa
(DLM-5200N)
1) Per mettere in moto il coltello tagliastoffa, premere giù piastra 1
di inserimento deI coltello.
Il coltello tagliastoffa sarà abbassato, e sarà quindi messo in
moto mentre la macchina sta funzionando.
2) Per arrestare il coltello tagliastoffa e ripristinare la macchina al
normale modo di cucitura a punto annodato, tirare manopola 2
nella direzione della freccia.
3) Prima di installare/togliere il coltello tagliastoffa, non mancare di
arrestare la macchina prima.
