29. ADJUSTING THE NEEDLE STOP POSITION
(DLM-5400N-7)
1. Stop position after thread trimming
1) The standard needle stop position is obtained by aligning marker dot
A on the machine arm with white marker dot B on the handwheel.
2) Stop the needle in its highest position, loosen screw 1 to perform
adjustment within the slot of the screw.

29. AJUSTE DE LA POSICION DE DETENCION DE
LA AGUJA (DLM-5400N-7)
1. Posición de detención luego del corte del hilo
1) La posición de detención estándar de la aguja se obtiene alinean-
do el punto demarcador A del brazo de la máquina con el punto
demarcador blanco B del volante.
2) Detenga la aguja en su posición más elevada, afl oje el tornillo 1 y
efectúe el ajuste dentro de la rendija del tornillo.
2. Lower stop position
The lower needle stop position when the pedal is returned to the
neutral position after the front part of the pedal is depressed can
be adjusted as follows :
Stop needle 1 in its lowest position, loosen screw 2 , and make
adjustment within the slot of the screw.
2. Posición de detención inferior
La posición de detención inferior de la aguja cuando el pedal pasa
a la posición neutra luego de haber presionado la parte delantera
de éste puede ajustarse de la manera siguiente : Haga detenerse
la aguja 1 en la posición inferior, afl oje el tornillo 2 y haga los
ajustes dentro de la rendija del tornillo.

(DLM-5400N-7)
1. Stopposition nach dem Fadenabschneiden
1) Die Standard-Nadelstopposition erhält man, indem man den wei-
ßen Markierungspunkt B auf dem Handrad auf den Markierungs-
punkt A auf dem Maschinenarm ausrichtet.
2) Die Nadel in ihre Höchststellung bringen und die Schraube 1 lösen,
um die Einstellung innerhalb des Führungsschlitzes der Schraube
vorzunehmen.
29. REGLAGE DE LA POSITION D'ARRET DE
L'AIGUILLE (DLM-5400N-7)
1. Position d'arrêt après coupage du fi l
1) La position d'arrêt standard de l'aiguille est obtenue en alignant
le point de repére A du bras de la machine sur le point de repére
blanc B du volant.
2) Arrêter l'aiguille en position supérieure et desserrer la vis 1 pour
pouvoir réaliser le réglage dans la fente de la vis.

DELL'AGO (DLM-5400N-7)
1. Posizione di stop dopo il taglio del fi lo
1) La posizione standard di stop dell'ago è ottenuta allineando il
punto di riferimento rosso A sul braccio della macchina al punto di
riferimento bianco B posto sul volantino.
2) Arrestre il movimento dell'ago nella sua posizione più elevata,
allentare la vite 1 ed effettuare le regolazioni all'interno dell'allog-
giamento della vite.

nach dem Niederdrücken des vorderen Endes in seine Nullstellung
zurückbringt, kann folgendermaßen eingestellt werden : Die Nadel
1 in ihre Tiefststellung bringen, die Schraube 2 lösen, um die
Einstellung innerhalb des Führungsschlitzes der Schraube vorzu-
nehmen.

La position d'arrêt inférieure de l'aiguille lorsque la pédale est
ramenée à sa position neutre après que sa partie avant ait été
enfoncée peut être ajustée de la manière suivante : Arrêter l'
aiguille 1 sur sa position inférieure, desserrer la vis 2 et réaliser
le réglage dans la fente de la vis.

E possibile regolare la posizione inferiore di stop dell'ago quando iI
pedale è ritornato posizione di riposo, dopo che la parte frontale di
esso è stata premuta, come segue :
Arrestare il movimento dell'ago 1 nella sua posizione più bassa,
allentare la vite 2 ed effettuare le regolazioni all'interno dell'allog-
giamento della vite.
