Replacement of the spare
parts kit
The procedure for replacing the

SVS spare parts kit is the same
for all control functions for nominal
sizes DN 65-100.
1. Remove actuator A (see chapter 5.1
"Disassembly of actuator from valve
body").
2. Bend the locking plate 38 90°, so that it
lies fl at on the valve plug 15.
3. Unscrew the entire valve plug 15 from
the union nut 36.
4. Unscrew the cylindrical screw 39 from
the valve plug 15.
5. Remove retaining nut 19 and seat 14.
6. Unscrew the seat fl ange 29 from the
union nut a.
7. Remove gasket 4.
8. Clean all parts, do not scratch or
damage the parts during cleaning.
9. Insert the new gasket 4 into the seat
fl ange 29.
10. Screw the seat fl ange 29 into the union
nut a and tighten it until it is hand tight.
11. Tighten the union nut a using a suitable
open-end wrench (for torques, see table).
This causes the actuator to turn approx.
90° clockwise until it reaches the desired
position.

12. Insert new seat 14 into valve plug 15.
13. Insert the retaining nut 19 and use
cylindrical screw 39 to secure it in place.
14. Place the locking plate 38 on the valve
plug 15.
15. Screw the entire valve plug 15 onto the
union nut 36.
