All YORK fan coils are provided with dynamically balanced fan decks, in order to reduce the noise at
minimum levels. When replacing the motor, the fan deck could be unbalanced, therefore YORK sug-
gest to stop the opration at point 6 and to ask for a new complete fan deck.

9 GENERAL CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY

Mechanical and electrical parts have a 24 months warranty beginning from the date the unit is delivered ex-works in Pordenone.

10 LIST OF RECOMMENDED SPARE PARTS

Upon specific request by the customer, YORK will supply a list of available spare parts and will suggest their choice by taking the
following factors into account:
number of units installed;
type of unit;
number of hours of operation per year;
ambient conditions in the installation area.
