REPLACEMENT OF THE PILOT LIGHT INJECTOR
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
1 - Turn off the gas supply tap.
2 - Open the door (A).
3 - Unscrew the union (B).
4 - Extract the nozzle (C) and replace it with the
one suitable for the type of gas in use (see table
at back of manual).
5 - Screw the union (B) back in place and close the
door (A).
REPLACEMENT OF PILOT LIGHT UNIT COMPONENTS
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
1 - Turn off the gas supply tap.
2 - Open the hatch (A).
3 - Cut the band clamp (B) and disconnect the ca-
ble (C).
4 - Disconnect the gas supply line (D).
5 - Undo the screws (E) and remove the pilot light
unit (F).
6 - Undo the screws (G) and replace the ignition
plug (H) and/or the body of the pilot light (L).
To replace the thermocouple (M) proceed as fol-
lows.
1 - Undo the screws (N) to remove the guard (P).
2 - Unscrew the union (Q) and replace the thermo-
couple (M).
3 - Replace the guard (P).
4 - Reassemble the pilot light unit (F) and recon-
nect the gas supply line (D) and the cable (C).
5 - Close the hatch (A).
