Training profile (P1 to P12)
Step 1: Mode selection
Switch on the computer by pressing any key.
"MAN" already flashes in the display for manual training. Select the desired training profile from P1 to P12 by
using the UP/DOWN control knob. Confirm your input by pressing the ENTER-key.
Step 2: Profile selection
"P1" appears in the display. Select the desired training profile from P1 to P12 by using the UP/DOWN control
knob. Take the profile graph of the corresponding profile pattern on the cockpit. Confirm your input by pres-
sing the ENTER-key.
Step 3: Training level
The value for LOAD flashes in the display window 6. Enter now the desired training level for the selected
workout by using the UP/DOWN control knob. Confirm your input by pressing the ENTER-key.
Step 4: Specification of training goals
Now you have the option to specify three different training goals.
1. Training time
After you have confirmed the initial load by pressing the ENTER-key the value for time flashes in the display
window 1. Enter now the desired training time from 1:00 to 99:00 minutes by using the UP/DOWN control
knob. Confirm your input by pressing the ENTER-key.
2. Training distance
After you have confirmed the initial load by pressing the ENTER-key the value for time flashes in the display
window 1. Press the ENTER-key again. Now the value for the distance flashes in the display window 3.
Enter now the desired training distance from 0.1 to 99.9 km by using the UP/DOWN control knob. Confirm
your input by pressing the ENTER-key.
3. Calorie consumption
After you have confirmed the initial load by pressing the ENTER-key the value for time flashes in the display
window 1. Press the ENTER-key twice. Now the value for the calorie consumption flashes in the display
window 4. Enter now the desired calorie consumption from 10 to 990 km by using the UP/DOWN control
knob. Confirm your input by pressing the ENTER-key.
Step 5: Pulse upper limit
The value for pulse flashes in the display window 5. Enter now the desired upper limit from 20 to 240 by using
the UP/DOWN control knob. Confirm your input by pressing the ENTER-key.
Step 6: Start the Training
Start the training by pressing the START-key.
During the training, you can select and change the load from level 1 to 16 by using the UP/DOWN control
knob. The training ends automatically on reaching the specified training value.
