COMPUTER OPERATION
CALORIES*
Display of the calorie consumption in Kcal. For the specified calorie consumption, the computer mea-
sures backwards in the count-down procedure till 0. The calorie consumption can be specified from 10
to 990 Kcal.
If the calorie consumption is not specified, the computer measures the training distance from 0 to ma-
ximum 990 Kilocalories.
PULSE (Heart rate)
While using the hand pulse sensors, display the actual pulse rate.
While using the optionally available transmitter-chest harness (not included in the equipment deli-
vered), the current pulse is displayed.
LOAD / WATT
Alternatively, the window informs about the supplied power in Watt and the currently selected load
level from 1 to 16 (LOAD).
*Note for calorie measurement
The calculation of the energy consumption takes place with the help of a general formula. It is not possible to determine
the individual energy consumption exactly as here a huge personal data is necessary.
It is concerned with the displayed approximate energy consumption and not with the exact value.
Operation
RESET Button
Reset all the values to 0
START/STOP Button
Stop-Function
During the workout, if the STOP-button is pressed and subsequently the RESET-button then you stop
your current workout.
Pause-Function
During the training, if the STOP-button is pressed then the training values stop. In order to end the
pause and to start the workout again, press the START/STOP button again.
Start-Function
The selected program starts.
ENTER-Key (push-button function of the control knob)
Key for the confirmation of your selection.
UP/DOWN control knob
Control knob for program selection, for the specification of training values and for resistance level ad-
justment.
