8. TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
1. When the key is turned to «RUN», the
indicator light or the control panel remain
switched off
2. With the key on «START» the light flashes
and the starter motor does not run
3. With the key is turned to «START» the light
or the control panel come on, but the starter
motor is not activated
4. With the key on «START», the starter motor
runs but the engine does not start

LIKELY CAUSE
The safety device of the electronic
circuit board has cut in due to:
– badly connected battery
– battery terminals crossed
– completely flat battery
– fuse blown
– electronic circuit board wet
– conditions are not met to allow starting
– insufficiently charged battery
– malfunction on the starter relay
– insufficiently charged battery
– faulty fuel supply
– faulty ignition
SOLUTION
Turn the key to «STOP» and look
for the cause of the problem:
– check connections (
