Mounting the diagnostic module
1. Insert 3 slot nuts into the slots of the diagnostic
module housing.
2. Fasten 3 mounting brackets to the diagnostic
module with 2 M5x12 cheese head screws and
washers.
3. Screw 3 metal rubberized buffers into the edge
protection frame.
4. Position the diagnostic module in the edge
protection frame (alignment: see Fig. 14) and push
the mounting bracket over the metal rubberized
buffers of the edge protection frame.
5. Fasten the mounting bracket to the metal rubberized
buffers of the edge protection frame with M4 hex
nuts.

5 Threaded socket with metal rubberized buffers
6. Align the diagnostic module in the edge protection
frame as follows:

Check distance from module to floor
1. Slide the feeler gauge along the entire length below
the module from all four sides.
? There must be a gap between the floor and the
bottom edge of the module.
? The feeler gauge must not jam.

If the feeler gauge jams, re-adjust the module.

Check the gap from the underside of the diagnostic
module to the floor using the feeler gauge. The
clearance must be
approx. 2 mm.
The diagnostic module must not have any contact
with the floor.
