10. Troubleshooting Procedures

10.1 Startup faults

Malfunction
Malfunctioning monitoring device (IPM 12,
and Mobile-PGA 3
No pulses, faulty readout of actual values.
Gears not running smoothly.
Gears jammed
Cause
Supply of voltage to monitoring unit too high or
too low.
NAMUR switch improperly connected or
defective.
Monitoring unit IPM 12 defective.
Particles of dirt in gear chamber.
Differential pressure over low meter too low.
Particles of dirt in gear chamber,
Outlet port blocked.
