Attaching the rubber bands
Front support foot:
1. Insert the loops of the rubber bands through the loops on the handles. If applicable,
the D-shaped loops on the straps must be rotated and run through the loops with
the narrow side forward.
2. Then insert the two front ends of the support feet in the straps.
Rear support foot:
Insert the two rear ends of the support foot in the rubber band straps.

Before your workout

ATTENTION!
Never workout on a full stomach. Do not eat at least one hour before and after your
workout.
Risk of injury! Do not workout if you already tired and exhausted.
Always perform warm-up exercises before beginning your workout (see below) in
order to minimise the risk of injury.
Please keep in mind that the goal is not to perform a few exercises in a hurry, but
to work out regularly over the long term. Thus, the workout will be able to greatly
benefi t your health.
1. Put on comfortable, breathable sportswear. If you have long hair, tie it up. Remove
any jewellery. Nothing should catch in the moving parts of the device.
2. Set up the device on a level fl oor. There should be a suffi cient amount of space
around the device for performing the exercises.
3. Sit on the seat. Check to make sure that the head rest is set to the right height and
the seat and leg supports are the right distance apart. If not, set the device to your
size (see chapter "Mounting" steps 5 and 6).
4. Have water or another beverage nearby to satisfy your need for liquids during the
workout.
5. Perform a warm-up before beginning with the workout itself. We have compiled a list
of warm-up exercises below.
