• Time (MIN), AUTO and speed (RPM) are shown at the top of the display. The se-
lected setting is underlined.
• The automatic training unit (AUTO) switches between the speeds, the direction of
rotation (pedals) in different intervals to maximise the effectiveness of the workout.
You use the Time button to set the length of the workout in advance.
• You can also use the forward / backward function during the workout. Push the
forward / backward button and the machine will stop. Push Start / Pause again to
resume the workout.
• Push the Mode button several times to switch between readouts.
• When the machine is switched off, all readouts will be reset to zero.
Before fi rst use
Before you can use the machine, you must:
• unpack the product contents,
• assemble the machine,
• adjust the size of the pedal straps if necessary.

Unpacking the product contents

ATTENTION!
■ Keep children and animals away from the packaging material. Danger of suffocation
exists!
• Unpack all parts and make sure that the product contents are complete (see chapter
"Scope of delivery") and check for any damages from transport. If you identify dam-
ages to the components, do not use them (!), instead contact our customer service
centre.

Assembling the machine

1. Remove all parts from the packaging and carefully lay them out on an even fl oor. As
a precautionary measure, set down a protective foil to prevent any damage to sen-
sitive surfaces. Remove all packaging materials from your work area. Only dispose
of the packaging material once you have checked to make sure all parts have been
delivered, that there are no transport damage present and once you have fi nished
assembling the machine. Follow the steps in these instructions to avoid improper
assembly and use:

2. Screw the support feet onto the bottom of the main unit.
