((1) Attach the rebound cord (8) at its centre with
a knot to a connecting foot piece (this marks the
position XII) (fig. 3).
Hint
For easy view, safety net is not shown on fig.3-fig.8.
But in fact the bottom of safety net is sewed
together with jumping mat, as well as 12 pcs
velcro bands.
Starting now in the direction of XI o clock, pull the cord in turns through the loops of the spring
mat (6) and over the tubular frame (1). Try to reach position VI opposite. However don't pull the
cord too tightly or else the mat will not lie in the centre of the frame. If you should only reach
VII or even VIII o clock that is fine initially. Knot the cord loosely to the frame there so that it
can be easily opened again later. (fig. 4).
Prior to start the first loop on
jumpingmat, locate the blue
tag which sewed on edge of
jumping mat, and keep it face
the Zero point as shown.
Failing to do so, will cause the
safety net can't be hang up on
the net posts. Then do the
same in the other direction.
Now – beginning at XII –
tighten both sides again.
Repeat the tightening until the
cord is really taut and then knot
the ends together. (fig. 5). In
order to tighten it more easily, the cord is „too long" when delivered. It should be tightened until
both ends of the cord have about 35cm left (total 70cm). See the white sign on the rebound
cords, it shows 35cm from ends. Slight differences in gaps between the frame and mat will right
themselves during use. After the first use, the cord must be retightened!

STEP 3 – Assembly of the lower support pipe for the safety net

and the plastic adaptors (11) as shown (fig.6).

The plastic adaptors must be fitted between the foot and lower pipe in such a way that both
of the pipes fit the adaptor closely (in the bulge). Tighten the screws and check the
tightness after the first function test of the trampoline. The support pipes must taper
upwards when attached.

STEP 4 – Assembly of the edge cover and base net
XII
CAUTION: Never use the trampoline without the edge cover! Check the edge cover is secure
before each use! Lay the edge cover across the edge of the spring mat and the frame so that
therebound cord is fully covered and there are no more gaps between the
mat and the frame. Then put the net pipes through the gaps in the edge
cover so that the base net hangs down
on the side of the trampoline (fig. 7).
STEP 5– Assembly of the safety net
Assemble the centre (3) and upper pipe (4) of the safety net to the lower
pipe (2) (fig.8). Make sure that all of the fasteners snap together. Then

attach the safety net to the pipes. Firstly tie the net to the upper pipe
ends with the closed elastic loops; also secure the net by tying the
bands on the upper edge of the safety net to the pipes. Then fasten
the
velcro loops in the centre of the pipes (fig.9).
STEP 6– Attaching the safety board
XII
Use the loop to attach the board with the
safety rules (15) to the trampoline at the
entrance side of the safety net.
STEP 7 - Disassemble safety net
To play without safety net, first release the tied bands
and close loop from upper pipes ends. Then release
the velcr oloops in the centre of the safety net from
middle pipes. Locate the door of safety net and
release the two plastic buckles to separate the safety

net to one line fromcircle. Roll up the safety net from

top to bottom and fix the roller to jumping mat by
12 pcs Velcro tapes sewed on jumping mat.
Re-check the roller and make sure it has been rolled firmed without any loose to prevent it hitch
kid's foot.
Cover the roller of safety net by frame cover.
Maintenance, inspection and care
• Before each use, check if the spring mat is worn out and if parts are loose or missing.
• Remove all hindrances under the trampoline.
• Protect the trampoline when it is not being used. Safeguard it from unauthorised use.
