Accelerating (single pedal)
– Slowly apply the accelerator pedal (6)
until the truck starts to move.
– Continue to depress the accelerator
(6).
The motor speed and travel speed
increase the more you apply the
accelerator.
Accelerating (twin pedal)
– Slowly press the accelerator pedal (11
or 13) depending on the direction
selected, until the truck starts to move.
– Continue to depress the respective
accelerator pedal (11/13). The motor
speed and travel speed increase the
more you apply the accelerator.
Braking
F
The braking pattern depends largely on the ground conditions. The driver must take
this into consideration when handling the truck. Brake with care to prevent the load
from slipping.
If you are travelling with an attached load you must increase the braking distance.
– Take your foot off the accelerator pedal (6) (11/13) and if necessary gently apply
the brake pedal (7/12) (see also Section 4.4).
