1.7 Adjusting the child seat to different rotating positions
1.8 Installing the child restraint system
Step 1: Install ISOFIX guide sleeves onto ISOFIX lower anchorages.
Step 2: Press down the red button to adjust the ISOFIX attachments on both sides to the longest po-
sition. Then place the ISOFIX attachments in the guide sleeves and insert them into the ISOFIX an-
chorages. Make sure that you have heard a "click " and the ISOFIX latching indication shows GREEN.
Next, you can push the child seat towards the car seat backrest until it is firmly pressed against
the car seat backrest. If you want to release the ISOFIX attachments, you simply need to press the
ISOFIX red button. Then adjust the support leg so that it touches the ground completely (see 1.5).
This child seat can rotate 360 degrees. Squeeze the rotate
adjuster until it presses into the body of the seat and hold
onto the base with the other hand. You can now rotate the
child seat. Make sure you hear a "click" when turning to
the forward-facing or rearward-facing position.
Rearward-facing position:
For children up to a maximum weight of 13 kg
Forward-facing position:
Only for children weighing over 9 kg
Side position: Only for putting the child in or pulling the
child out of the child seat. Do not use this when driving.
