Lock parking brake.
Use the safety bar for emptying from a
height.
Tilt the side-brushes outwards.
Unscrew the side-brush.
Fix in the new wiper blade.
Tilt the side-brush inwards.
Remove the safety bar.
Start the motor.
Lower the waste container up to the
end-position.
Switch off engine.
Lock parking brake.
Change the air filter
The air filter is to be changed if the indicator
shows red.
Open engine cover.
Press together the hood lock at the air
filter casing.
Remove the hood.
Remove the dirty filter.
Insert new filter.
Replace hood on the air filter casing.
Note
Pay attention to correct position (lettering)
on the hood. You must hear the hood lock-
ing in.
To reset the indicator press the key on
the floor of the indicator.
Close the engine cover.
Check and adjust the V-Belt
The V-Belt must loosen up approx. 7-9 mm
in the centre between the crankshaft and
the light machine at a pressure of 10 kg.
Adjust the V-Belt tension by adjusting
the light machine.
Replace fuel filter system
Danger
Risk of explosion!
– Do not carry out maintenance tasks in
closed rooms.
– Smoking and naked flames are strictly
prohibited.
Switch off engine.
Open rear engine panel
Loosen clamp clips.
Pull out the hoses.
Replace pre-filter (pay attention to the
throughflow direction).
Check fuel tubes and clamps for dam-
ages and make sure they are leak-
proof.
Adjusting and replacing sealing strips
Unscrew side panels.
Side sealing strips
Unscrew the fasteners of the sealing
strips.
Screw on new sealing strips without ful-
ly tightening it.
To set the floor clearance, insert a sheet
with a thickness of approx. 5 mm under
the sealing strip.
Adjust sealing strips.
Tighten the fasteners of the sealing
strips.
Rear sealing strips
Remove the folding splint of the panel.
Remove panels.
