6. USE

6.1. Standard operation

6.1.1. Angled out/Angled in position selector
- Select the Angled out/Angled in position by pressing the
Smoove Tw io Angled out/Angled in switch.
When moving to the Angled out/Angled in position, the roller shutter performs a sequence of
movements known as a " FKRUHRJUDSK\ XQWLO LW UHDFKHV WKH ¿QDO $QJOHG RXW RU $QJOHG LQ SRVLWLRQ

The favourite position may be used with the shutter in the angled in or angled out position.

'H¿QLWLRQ
An intermediate position, which is called the "favourite (my) position" and is different to the upper and
lower positions can be programmed in the motor.
To modify the favourite (my) position, see the "Additional
settings" section.
Using the favourite (my) position:
- 3UHVV WKH P\ EXWWRQ EULHÀ\ WKH UROOHU VKXWWHU PRYHV DQG
stops in the favourite (my) position.

6.1.3. STOP function

The roller shutter is in motion.
- 3UHVV WKH P\ EXWWRQ EULHÀ\ WKH UROOHU VKXWWHU VWRSV
automatically.
6.1.4. Up and Down buttons

6.1.5. Obstacle detection
Obstacles on the roller shutter apron
Automatic obstacle detection can be used to protect the
roller shutter apron and remove any obstacles:
- If the roller shutter apron encounters an obstacle when in
lowering motion:
- The roller shutter will stop automatically and retract.
A down order is only authorised after the obstacle has been removed.
The roller shutter may fall when the obstacle is being removed.
- If the roller shutter apron encounters an obstacle when
moving upwards:
- the roller shutter will stop automatically.
The up and down orders may not be activated
depending on the shutter's position.
