5. COMMISSIONING

This guide only describes commissioning with a Somfy Smoove Tw io control point.

5.1. Identifying the settings already made

Power must only be supplied to one motor at a time.
Turn on the power and follow procedure

- Simultaneously press the Up and Down buttons on the
new Smoove Tw io control point.

The end limits have not been set and no Smoove Tw io
control point has been programmed.
Checking the rotation direction:
- Press the Up button:
a) If the roller shutter rises, the rotation direction is correct:
- Proceed to the step "End limit automatic settings".
b) If the roller shutter lowers, the rotation direction is
incorrect,
1) Press the "my" button until the roller shutter moves
back and forth, the rotation direction has now been

2) Press the Up button to check the new rotation direction.
3) Proceed to the step "End limit automatic settings".
End limit automatic settings:
4) Simultaneously press the Up and Down buttons on the
new Smoove Tw io control point until the roller shutter
moves back and forth.

moves back and forth: the end limits have been
programmed,

forth, the control point has been programmed.
7) Go to the "Setting and resetting the Angled out/Angled
in positions" section.

1) Either the motor is not powered up -> check the power
supply, switch on and follow the new procedure

proceed according to the roller shutter's reaction.
2) Or the end limits have been set and another
Smoove Tw io control point has been programmed.
- Using the new control point, go to the "Testing
the Angled out/Angled in position" section, or if applicable, go to the "Restoring the original
