Connect the cell cable with the round plug into the socket on the enclosure C.

5.4
Prerequisites for installation
Give priority to the following recommended connection and installation instructions.
NOTE
However the final methods used will depend on the actual existing conditions on site.
Always, consider the site conditions and regulations.
To guarantee an unproblematic function of the unit, install the unit to the following data.
• Unit installation height above chemical reservoir (drum); lower surface of the unit:
max. 1,8 m
• Distance between unit and chemical reservoir (drum): max. 4 m (suction hose)
• Distance between unit and wash machine dosing point: max. 10 m (metering hose)

Installation of the conductivity sensor:
1.
Drill a 23 mm hole into the tank wall
(pos. 6).
2.
Release the union nut (pos. 1) and
withdraw it together with the O-Ring
(pos. 2) from the connection cable
(pos. 3).
3.
Install the conductivity sensor (pos. 1)
into the tank wall as shown in figure.

Installation and connection of the tank fitting:
1. DrilI a hole (ø 14 mm) in the cleaning tank wall
above the water level.
2. According to the local conditions fit either the
straight threaded connection (chapter 5.3.2.1) or
the angled connection in the tank wall as per
Fig. 5.6.
3. Cut the metering hose (pos. 4) end square and
push it onto the hose fitting (pos. 1).
4. Secure the hose with a hose clamp (pos. 5).
