4 Transportation and
installation
4.1

Transport

Transport conditions:
Temperature range: –20 °C ... +70 °C

If you detect damage as a result of transportation,
contact your supplier.
Material damage caused by temperature
fluctuations
If the device is subject to high temperature
fluctuations and a level of air humidity above 95%,
this may cause damage to the electronics.
Maintain a constant temperature

Maximum relative humidity: 95 % (non-condensing)

Material damage caused by condensation
If the device is moved from a cool to a warmer
location during transport, condensation may form
which may cause damage to the electronics.
After delivery, wait 2 hours before commissioning

the device.
4.2 Installation
You can install the BPT-M Touch directly on the wall
or hang it from a wall-mounted top-hat rail.
4.2.1

Wall installation of the BPT-M Touch

Materials required
Plugs and screws (included in the delivery)

Drill bit (diameter = 6 mm)

