These mounting instructions contain impor-
tant information about preparing for mounting
and mounting the unit components during
the shell phase. Please read the instructions
carefully. Pay particular attention to the safety
instructions. Follow the instructions.
Before commissioning, also read the operating
instructions for the ventilation unit.

1 Scope of delivery

Scope of delivery depends on system
configuration. For installation dimensions
 Chap 12.

see external cover supplement.
Shell sleeve, short PP 45 RHK (0059.0081)
Shell sleeve, long PP 45 RHL (0059.0082)
Wall sleeve, plaster protective cover and
shims. For mounting  these shell mounting
instructions.
Soffit element PP 45 LE (0093.0179)
(only for connecting PP 45 units)
● Soffit element, rubber seal wall sleeve,
complete stainless steel external grille (with
external grille, holder and wall seal).
For mounting  these shell mounting
instructions.
● Optional: Extension element PP 45 LEV
(0093.1483). For mounting  Chapter 10.
Compensating frame PPB 30 ARE / ARW
(0093.1501 / 0093.1525)
● Compensating frame for mounting on thin
walls.
● The PPB 30 and PP 45 external covers can
be mounted on the compensating frame.
● PPB 30 ARE (stainless steel compensating
frame) with PPB 30 ARE BB fixing plate are
used for mounting PPB 30 AE and PP 45 AE.
