Fasten both servo supports (4) to the servo left and right, using two screws per support. The pins at
the servo supports, which should fit, later on, into the corresponding openings on the chassis, must
point downward.
Place the servo in the chassis. Insert the servo support
pins into the corresponding openings in the chassis.
Firmly screw both servo supports to the chassis using
one screw per support.
Clip the servo rod on the ball-shaped head; it is helpful
to use flat-nose pliers.

c) Testing the steering function via the transmitter

Possibly, it might be necessary to mount the servo lever in a different way. If need be,
position the servo rod between servo lever and servo saver.
If the front wheels turn left although you steered right at the transmitter, modify the direction of rota-
tion of the steering servo at the remote control via the Servo-Reverse-Function.
If the steering mechanism of the car reacts very strongly to a small steering turn at the transmitter,
select a farther inlying pivot point for the steering linkage on the steering servo lever.
Out tip:
Always try to set the mechanics optimally first before limiting the servo way electronically
via transmitter functions such as End Point Adjustment ("EPA") or Dual Rate ("D/R").

d) Mounting the cruise control

The car is designed for the use of an electronic cruise control. The latter is to be mounted at the left
side of the chassis (seen in driving direction). Use a double-sided adhesive tape to fix it.
A cruise control for a standard 540-size motor is sufficient for the integrated electric motor. If later on,
you wish to install a more powerful racing motor, it is recommended to acquire, from the start, a cruise
control designed for that purpose.
The motor is equipped with standard connecting cables, which corresponding counterparts fit in most
available cruise controls.
