Before first Use

Unpack the grinding machine and check all parts for any damage in transit.
Dispose of packaging materials or store it out of reach of children. Plastic bags
etc. may become a deadly toy for children.
The grinding machine is supplied only partly assembled.

Intended Operation

 The combination grinding machine is designed for dry
grinding only.
 Do not grind any mineral materials.
 The grinding wheel is suitable for grinding metal and hard
metal.
 The sanding belt is designed for grinding metal, plastic and
metal-like materials. As the grinding machine does not
supply an appropriate fitting for a dust exhaust system, it is
of limited suitability for grinding wooden material. If you
want to grind wooden material anyway, please protect
yourself by wearing a dust mask. Wood dust can cause
cancer.

Assembling the Grinding Wheel

Before undertaking any assembling or set-up
work on the machine, pull the power plug!
1. Attach the work piece support (4) and the
visor (2) together with the spark deflector
(1) to the grinding machine. The work
piece support must not have a distance
larger than 2 mm to the grinding wheel.
2. Regularly check the distance of the work
piece support to the grinding wheel
because the distance will grow over time
due to the abrasion of the grinding wheel.
