2.1 Attaching the chest strap/handlebar holder
Attach transmitter belt to the elastic strap.
Adjust strap length so that the strap fits
well, but not too tight.
For men, attach the belt just below the
pectoral muscles.
It must be possible to read the SIGMA
Logo display at the front.
For women, attach the belt just below the
breast.
It must be possible to read the SIGMA
Logo display at the front.
Lift the belt slightly from the skin and wet
the rear surface of the conductive ribbed
rubber pads with water or moisten the
pads with saliva.
In rare cases, a conductive gel may be
required.

2.2 Heart frequency display
The PC 3 is in sleep mode.
The chest belt is attached.
Press the function button to activate
training mode.
The current heart rate frequency appears in
the display.
