3.2 Assembly

The SB 4132H is being delivered pre-assembled. Part numbers are referred to part denomina-
tions in the spare part drawing.

3.2.1 Ground plate

Fix the ground plate through the four provided boar-
ings tot he underground.

3.2.2 Assembly of loose parts

Fix the colums shoulder (28) with hex bolts (2) to the
Base (1).
Put the Column (4) into the column shoulder (28).
Apply the rack (3) to the column shoulder (28).
Insert the worm gear (18) into the the table bracket
(5).
Push the table bracket (5) onto the rack(3) / column
(4). So that the handle (6) mechanism is on the
right side.
Insert the rack (3) end into the column shoulder (28), pull the rack ring (19) onto the
column (4) so that it fixes the upper side of the rack. Fix the rack holder with the set
screw (21).
Now assemble the table assembly to the table bracket (5).
With the help of a second person, put the drill assembly
onto the column (4). Fix it with hex screws (30)
Mount the three handles (26) to the handle body (25)
Finally check the evenness of 90° of gear assembly to base.
