Set delta voltage for output <n> to <nrf>. The value of <nrf> must be in Volts; no multipliers are
allowed. If the value of <nrf>, after rounding, is outside the range of the specified output an
execution error will be generated and the corresponding error number will be placed in the
Execution Error Register, 140-142 (Maximum delta voltage value exceeded).
