works

Temperatures

You can cook particularly healthy food using this
oven. The steam surrounds the food and therefore
prevents loss of nutrients from the food. You are
cooking without overpressure. The food retains its
shape and typical aroma.
Different foods cooked simultaneously, e.g. fish, side
dishes and fruit, each retain their own distinct tastes.
The water from the full container flows through the
small plastic pipe to the hotplate in the base of the
cooking compartment. The water evaporates here,
allowing true steam cooking.
Remove the water container from the oven.
Always fill it with water only, and up to the MAXI mark.
If your water supply is very chalky, we recommend
that you use still bottled water. Never use distilled
water.
Push the water container into the steam oven. It must
engage.
Place the suitable accessories with the food on the
wire rack and close the oven door.
You can set different temperatures for your dish.
