A clean filter screen always guarantees maximum

problem-free functioning of the unit.
suBmersIBle suCTIoN sysTem
1. The filter screen will clog and must be cleaned at least
once a day.
2. Remove the retaining ring (Fig. 13, item 1) from the foot
valve housing (2).
3. Remove the inlet screen (3) from the foot valve housing
(2).
4. Clean thoroughly with the appropriate solvent.
sTaNDarD suCTIoN sysTem
1. Screw off the filter (Fig. 14) from suction tube.
2. Clean or replace the filter.
Carry out cleaning with a hard brush and an appropriate
cleaning agent.

CleaNINg aIrless sPray guN
Clean the spray gun after each use.

1. Rinse airless spray gun with an appropriate cleaning agent.
2. Clean tip thoroughly with appropriate cleaning agent so
that no coating material residue remains.
3. Thoroughly clean the outside of the airless spray gun.
INTake fIlTer IN aIrless sPray guN (fIg. 15)
1. Unclip the top of the trigger guard (1) from the gun head.
2. Using the bottom of the trigger guard as a wrench, loosen
and remove the handle assembly (2) from the gun head.
3. Pull the old filter (3) out of the gun head. Clean or replace.
4. Slide the new filter, tapered end first, into the gun head.
5. Thread the handle assembly into the gun head. Tighten
with the trigger wrench.
6. Snap the trigger guard back onto the gun head.
