Displaying the actual temperature in the bowl

. When the appliance is switched on, press the "temperature/pump"
D The current actual bowl temperature is displayed for 3 seconds.

Short time clock (time control option)

Factory‐set times
− Key 1 = 4 minutes
− Key 2 = 4 minutes and 30 seconds
− Key 3 = 5 minutes
− Key 4 = 5 minutes and 30 seconds
For changing the times stored at the factory, see page 52 chapter 6.4.2
Notes on the time setting
D The time setting can only be changed for a short time clock that has not yet been started.
D The performed time changes are cancelled if
− a different key with a different time is pressed,
− the appliance is switched off with the "on/off", or
− the appliance was switched off and on again at the customer's electrical main switch.
Options for the short time clock
D Appliance without automatic basket lift - after expiry of the set time, an acoustic signal is output.
D You can switch key sounds and acoustic signals off and on and change the length of the acoustic sig­
nal, see page 60 chapter 8.5
D Appliance with automatic basket lift - after expiry of the set time, the frying basket is lifted out of the
bowl and an acoustic signal is output.
Automatic basket lift function (option)
D The control lamp in the "START/STOP" key
(for switching automatic basket lift off or on, see page 57 chapter 8.1).
D The automatic basket lift waits until it lowers the basket lift if
− the oil or fat temperature in the bowl is lower than 90°C,
− the actual temperature is by more than 5°C lower than the setpoint temperature, or
− the actual temperature is by more than 30°C higher than the setpoint temperature.
