Switching the appliance on

D The setpoint temperature is shown on the display.
D To avoid a high temperature load of the cooking oil/fat during the heating‐up process, the control only
automatically switches to the full heating capacity after attainment of a fat temperature of approx. 90°C.

Selecting, changing and displaying the temperatures
Factory‐set setpoint temperatures:
Key 1 = 110°C
Key 2 = 160°C
Key 3 = 170°C
Key 4 = 180°C

. Within 3 seconds, press the key "1, 2, 3 or 4".

D First, the values are reduced or increased slowly, then rapidly. By pressing the key, the setting is re
duced or increased by one step respectively.
D The setpoint temperature that has been changed for this key is shown on the display and will also be
displayed after switching the appliance off and on at the "on/off"

The performed temperature change is cancelled after
− pressing a different temperature key (key "P and 1, 2, 3 or 4") or
− switching the customer's electrical main switch on and off.
