Instruction Manual
Error messages are divided into two classes:
Messages and Errors
Messages are intended to inform the operator of the machine's
progress and advise about minor operational errors.
Errors must be rectified before cutting can be continued.
For Messages and Errors relating to Cooli-5,
please refer to the Cooli-5 manual.
Explanation
#0 Start not possible from the
current menu.
#1 A manual process is being
carried out.
Processes/ functions cannot be
started during a manual process
eg. Using the flushing hose.

#3 Axitom has been switched on
whilst the protection hood was
open. Reference position cannot
be found with the hood open.
#4 After a set number of on –off
cycles, or after emergency stop
has been activated, Axitom
searches for reference positions
for the x- and y-tables when
power is switched on.
(The reference position for the
cutting arm is checked each
time)
#8 Action is not possible as a
process is in progress e.g.
changing "Units" parameter
whilst cutting is in progress.
#11 Automatic correction of Batch job
is not possible due to the position
of the x-table. Not enough room
to cut a single cut.
Action
Choose the Cutting menu and
select the required cutting
parameters. Press START.
Stop the manual process.
Press F1 to enter the new pass
code, or ESC to keep the pass
code previously set.
Close the protection hood and
press F1 to continue.
Wait until reference positions have
been found.
Wait until the process is complete.
Move the x-table to the left to
increase the workspace.
