5.1 Troubleshooting
You might meet abnormal working of this STB with various reasons. Check the following
which may help you.
Problem Possible causes
LED on the front panel fail to light Main supply cable is not connected.
up/is not lit.
No picture or sound. The antenna cable is not connec-
ted properly. You're not on the
right channel (AV or HDMI).
No startup menu on screen after The set-top box is connected via
turning on STB for the first time. HDMI, but the TV is not in the cor-
rect HDMI mode.
The remote control is not wor- Battery exhausted. Remote cont-
king. rol is not aimed correctly STB is in
standby mode.
You have forgotten your pass-
word.

What to do
