Device condition and specifications
Is the device or cable damaged (visual inspection)?
Electrical connection
Does the supply voltage match the specifications on the nameplate?
Are all of the terminals firmly engaged in their correct slots? Is the coding on the
individual terminals correct?
Are the mounted cables strain relieved?
Are the power supply and signal cables correctly connected?
Are all screw terminals firmly tightened?
