ƒ Position system including air diffuser with a tilt of less than 45º.

ƒ Remove blockage from valve and condensate outlets (remove outer cover of the system).
ƒ Replace EPDM seal (remove system and clean bonding surface for EPDM seal thoroughly).
ƒ Seal the outputs of the evaporator and blower wiring on the cover of the driver's cab; to do this, remove the outer cover of the system.

ƒ Check the refrigerant quantity by way of the pressure. If it is below 0.5 or above 5.0 bar while the system is running, restore correct
refrigerant quantity and let the system run empty (no load) for at least 30 minutes. The correct refrigerant quantity is:
– Cooltronic 1000 G2.5 Slim Hatch MAN: 330 g

Always use suitable equipment to adjust the refrigerant quantity in the circuit and comply with the environmental protection regulations. The refrigerant fill must be
added accurately, as part of the refrigerant remains in the lines of the pressure measuring equipment.
ƒ Use the cable colours to check the connection of the electrical cables in the front of the unit (R and N 2-way cable terminals), correct
if necessary.
ƒ Clean condenser with compressed air.
ƒ Connect or replace condenser fan.
ƒ Check pressure. If it is below 0.5 bar while the system is running, clean each circuit or replace blocked parts (possibly the flow capil-
lary tube, as it is the component with the smallest diameter).

ƒ Reprogram remote control (see operating instructions).
ƒ Replace the remote control.
ƒ Replace the battery of the remote control and reprogram (see operating instructions).
ƒ Replace electronic control system.

ƒ Remove blockage of circulating air openings.
ƒ Test refrigerant circuit, repair if necessary.
ƒ Clean condenser / grille.
ƒ Replace condenser fan.
ƒ Ensure that the air outlet is clear. Otherwise switch over polarity at the condenser fan.
