DAILY MAINTENANCE
MANUAL REFUELING
The treadmills are lubricated when they leave the factory. But check the lubricating oil of the treadmill
before use. After use, always check the lubricating oil of the treadmill, which will help keep the treadmill
in the best working condition. Please add
lubricating oil in time when using the treadmill for 50km. Pull the starting belt from the side and reach
inward to touch the surface of the running platform as far as possible. If you feel silicone oil, you do not
need lubrication; If the surface feels very dry when touched, follow the instructions below to add oil. As
shown in the picture, pour the silicone oil into the filling hole indicated by the
filling label. After filling the oil, start the treadmill and run for a period of time before using it.

DAILY MAINTENANCE
DAILY MAINTENANCE
Proper maintenance is the way to keep your treadmill in tip-top condition forever. Wrong maintenance
will harm or shorten the life of the treadmill
IMPORTANT REMINDER:
Do not use sandpaper or solvents to clean the treadmill. The controller part of the treadmill should not
be exposed to direct sunlight or moisture to avoid damage. Check and lock all parts of the treadmill
regularly, and replace any damaged parts immediately.
1. ADJUST THE RUNNING BELT
Adjustment runs with two functions: tension adjustment and running belt center position adjustment.
The running belt has been adjusted for handling when it is delivered. But after use, the running belt will
be stretched. Will deviate from the center of the disk caused by running belt friction decorative strip and
rear cover damage. It is normal for running strips to be stretched during use. If you're using a tread-
mill and your running belt is slipping or not flowing, you can adjust the tightness of your running belt to
improve it.
HOW TO ADJUST THE RUNNING BELT?
1. Insert the 6mm hex wrench into the adjusting screw on the left of the running belt and tighten the
running belt by turning the wrench 1/4 turn clockwise to adjust the rear roller.
2. Repeat Step 1 to adjust the screws on the right. Make sure the adjusting screws are rotated the
same distance so that the rear roller is aligned parallel to the frame.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 until the strip does not slip.
4. Note that the running belt should not be adjusted too tightly, as this will damage the running belt,
increase the pressure on the front/rear roller, and cause damage to the roller bearings. Produce
dissonance or other problems. To reduce the tension of the running belt, turn the wrench coun-
terclockwise, noting that the left and right sides should be rotated by the same distance
2. RUN THE BELT TO THE MIDDLE
When you use the treadmill. Because the two feet do not use the same amount of force when running,
the pressure on the running belt is not balanced. Causing the run zone to be off-center. Such devia-
tions are normal. When no one is running on the running strip, it goes back to the center. If you can't
get back to the center. You need to bring the running belt back to the center.
1. Run the treadmill at no load and adjust the speed to 6KM/H.
2. Observe the distance to the left and right bars
If tilted to the left, use an Allen wrench and turn the left screw clockwise 1/4 turn; If tilted to the right,
use an Allen wrench and turn the right screw clockwise 1/4 turn; If the strip is not in the middle, repeat
until it is in the middle
