3.2.7 Pre-Use Check
WARNING:
Make sure that the power switch can be accessed at all times during use. Patient
injury or equipment damage can occur.
Before each use of the Allen Advance Table, make sure all necessary accessories are
attached and the Allen Advance Table is ready for use. If any of the controls or indicators
do not operate correctly, do not use the Allen Advance Table. Contact Allen Medical or
your local distributor.
Condition
The Allen Advance Table power cord is
connected to the Allen Advance Table
and to an applicable power outlet.
The On/Off switch is on.
The brakes are locked.
The Allen Advance Table is in pendant
mode.
The columns are level (at the same
height).
The support top is horizontal (not tilted).

Associated Indicator(s)
The Power indicator is on.
The battery charge level indicator is on.
The locked indicator is green; the
unlocked indicator is off.
The pendant control indicator is green;
the manual flip indicator is off.
Near the bottom on the outside of the
columns, there are numbers to help
identify the height level.
The tilt level indicator is green; the tilt
indicator is in the center of the tilt indicator
area.
