PHASE 2: Press the
up automatically, along with the descent of the disc and the penetration movement.
Manually grease the bead to facilitate the bead breaking operation and the detachment
of the bead from the rim seat.
If the bead breaking operation is not successful, repeat the automatic phase by press-
ing the
PHASE 3: At the end of phase 2, the lower bead
breaking operation will be automatically activated.
Disc positioning will take place automatically, along
with penetration and wheel rotation. Manually
grease the bead to facilitate the bead breaking
operation and the detachment of the bead from
the rim seat. If the optional camera is installed, it
is activated to show the lower bead breaking phase
(Fig. 22b). For correct camera use, see section 6.2.
If the bead breaking operation is not successful, repeat the automatic phase by press-
ing the
PHASE 4: At the end of phase 3, the demounting phase will automatically be activated
(Fig. 22c).
Upper bead demounting
During this operation check:
a. The correct coupling of the bead during the
bead search (Fig. 22d).
b. The correct height positioning of the tool during
the overlap phase, based on the type of tyre
to be demounted (Fig. 22e).
c. the correct positioning of the bead in the well (Fig. 22f).
