4.1.3 Winterizing

• Carry out an extended filter backwash,
• Treat your swimming pool,
• Shut down the pump,
• Put the 6 way valve to DRAIN,
• Open the 1/4 turn valve on the waste outlet,
• Close the skimmer and vacuum point valves,
• Start the motor,
• Lower the water level by approximately 30 cm,
• Unscrew the bottom drain to empty the filter,
• Close all valves
• Unscrew the motor drain plugs,
• Shut off power to the control panel,
• Store the motor in a dry place.
