Maintenance

Implement a comprehensive safety maintenance program to provide regular inspection for all phases of tool operation
and power supply.

Dynamic Service Counter
Tool maintenance information helps to keep the tool in regular circulation for maintenance and service. With this mainte-
nance/service offering, common wear parts are maintained or replaced.
The service counter has a dynamic component that takes into account the different loads on the tool. Depending on the
load of the tool, the dynamic service counter is increased with different factors.
The six load ranges, are defined by percentage torque values of the tool capacity.
1 Use of 80 % of maximum torque.
