Location

The correct place for the breeding machine is a room with stable room
temperature. The temperature should be at least 18 – 20°C, and must not exceed
25°C.
Please note that conditions such as environment temperature and humidity are
essential for the operation conditions. Therefore the location should be cool, dry,
without draft and dark.
Make sure that the breeding machine during brooding is not exposed to direct
sunlight and not placed in the vicinity of heat sources and draft.

Assembling and Trial Operation

To ensure proper function, first remove all packaging material and assemble the
breeding machine as mentioned below.
For assembling the breeding machine, proceed as follows:
1. Remove the polyurethane transport protection from the
frame holder.
2. First thoroughly clean resp. disinfect the storage
surface for the breeding machine and keep your hands
clean at all times.
3. Place the breeding machine on the level, solid surface,
preferably on a table, at least 50 cm over the ground.
Please note that the breeding machine should not be
exposed to strong vibration during the whole brooding
time. The breeding machine must be horizontally and
stored freely in order to ensure air supply from all
sides.
4. Insert the water tubs (7) on the left and right side of the breeding machine and
carefully fill one teaspoon water in each water tub. Place the iron net (6) on
the water tubs and finally place the frame with the turning pipes (5) into the
breeding machine. Close the breeding machine with the lid (2).
5. Insert the plug into a grounded wall socket. Make sure the power cord cannot
become a tripping hazard.
Prior to place the hatching eggs into the breeding machine, test proper
function during trail operation for some days.
