Note: "X X" as contained in the tables which follow are to be regarded as dummies
only because the values listed up for polarization and the 22 KHz signal, for
instance, are conditional and various read-outs are possible. The display
does not show X X in a real manner.

4. Press the V/H key (14) to set the polarization (horizontal (H)) and vertical (V)) and
the 22 kHz change-over signal.
The meaning of the readout on the display is as follows:

5. Press the MEM key (16) to save the setting made.

Set the reception frequency

1. Press the SET key (16) twice, which causes the actual reception frequency to be
shown in four digits in the display.
2. The frequency may be varied by means of the + key or -key (15). Press and hold
depressed one of the keys, which causes the reception frequency to scroll up or
down. Once you release the key the scroll will stop. To set the reception frequen-
cy by small steps, repeatedly press single ones of the keys.
The reception frequency may also be input directly by means of the numeric keys
(17) .
3. Press the MEM key (11) to save the setting made.

Set the audio mode and audio frequency

1. Press the SET key (16) three times, which allows you to set the audio mode and
the audio frequency now. Various sound versions are available to you.
Press the AUDIO key (13) to select the setting desired.
Press the key as many times until the desired audio mode is shown in the display.
