CHANGING THE BATTERIES
If the display becomes faint or the clock runs erratically, the batteries must be replaced.
1.
Loosen the four screws of the cover with a suitable screwdriver by turning counter
clockwise and tilt the cover most carefully forwards.
2.
Remove the spend battery from the battery compartment.
3.
Insert a fresh battery (3 V CR2025 Li) into the battery compartment. Please ob-
serve correct polarity. The +polarity have to be face up.
4.
Set the cover again and tighten the mounting screws by turning clockwise.
5.
All values in the memory are reset by a memory change. After the change set the
time and the alarm again (see page 9).
RESET TO FACTORY SETTINGS
If the unit exhibits strange behaviour or does not function as usual although a fresh bat-
tery has been inserted, you can reset the unit by doing as follows:
Inset a pointed item (not a pencil) in the RESET-hole. All values in the memory are re-
seted. Set the time and the alarm again.

Batteries do not belong in household garbage.

council.
