START UP
The unit comes with 1 battery of the correct size. The battery is protected by a
transport safety.
1. To make the unit operative, just pull the protruding insulating strip from the
battery compartment.
2. On the first use, the local time and the alarm time must be set as de-
scribed on the next pages.

on, you hear a short confirmation when pressing a key.
You switch to the local time and calendar mode.
You have the local time of one of the 16 metropolises,
e. g. Hong Kong. Choose the button labelled with the city.
The displayed time of the city can be set as local time.
You can view another month or another year.
[down] to change the flashing value. To change the value more
