4. Slide the contents of the raclette pans onto a plate using the
wooden spatulas.
Note: As the raclette pans have a non-stick coating, you do
not need to re-grease before each new portion.

Grilling and cooking with the cone-shaped Grill

A wide variety of foods such as meat, fruit and vegetables can be
grilled and cooked on the cone-shaped Grill.
Prepare all the ingredients before heating up the multi-function
grill keep the ingredients cool. Cut the ingredients into 1 cm wide
and 1 cm thick slices.
The chopped ingredients should be cut to roughly the same
sizes, so that they cook in around the same time.
1. Spear the prepared thin slices of meat, fruit or vegetables on
the hooks of cone-shaped grill. As the juices escape from the
meat, they run down into the groove containing the stock to
form an aromatic meat stock. Make sure the ingredients are

especially suitable for cooking in the drip pan of the cone-
shaped grill. You can also part-cook vegetables in advanced.
