4.3.2 Run updated image on the USB stick

The size of the recovery image is approx. 15 GB. The
download can therefore take some time to complete,
depending on the Internet connection.
1. Download updated image from
http://upm.bosch.com/DCU220/DCU220-1687008108-Win7Prof-64Bit-actual.wim
2. Connect the USB stick.
3. Copy the WIM file to the Recovery folder on the USB
stick.

The image is on the USB stick and can be used for the
installation.

So long as there is no new version of the Bosch-
HDIDiskBootMaker software available, a new image
can be run by replacing the old WIM file on the USB
stick.

4.3.3 Install the updated image from the USB stick

All data and applications on the hard disk will be
erased during the installation!
!
Make sure the voltage supply is not interrupted
during the installation process.
1. Connect the USB stick to DCU 220.
2. Switch on DCU 220.
3. If the following screen appears during the system
start, press the F10 key to open the boot manager.
4. Select the USB stick as start-up device on the
screen that appears.
 The software starts after a few seconds.

If the installation process is started with <Click to
Start> the original operating system will no longer
be bootable.
5. Select <Click to Start> to start the installation pro-
cess.
6. Continue with step 4 chapter "4.4 Recovery process"
on page 25.
